Free SEC BeachFest Admission and Free Nights in a Condo—Can’t Beat That!

Well August is certainly shaping up to be a blast! We’re planning for one final family vacation that month—and it’s going to be a doozy!

We’ve made plans with some friends of ours to venture down to Gulf Shores & Orange Beach for the SEC BeachFest, taking place August 15^th to 18^th. They also have a couple kids, so we’ll have quite a group; we’re thinking a four- or five-bedroom Gulf Shores Plantation cottage is in order.

Now here’s the good part: Thanks to Gulf Shores Plantation’s SEC BeachFest special, we’ll get free admission to the event. Here’s the even better part: We’re staying for a week, which will not only give us more vacation time but will also give us our fourth and seventh nights free (thank you again, Gulf Shores Plantation!).

So we’ll get more time to spend at the beach, more time to swim in the resort’s seven pools, more time for golf and Gulf Coast shopping and tournaments at the Plantation’s horseshoe pits (yes, we have horseshoe tournaments and they are fun!). And we’ll get to kick-off the start of the SEC football season Gulf Coast style. Love it.
