Earlier
this month I had a grand vision of completing all of my Christmas shopping
before Thanksgiving. I was going to make a nice list of people to buy for, what
to get them, then act on it and have my shopping done in November.
And
here we are at mid-November and I haven’t even made my list yet. I’m chalking
up this delay to a lack of motivation, and a lack of time. I need to be able to
slow down, get into the spirit of holiday shopping; I need some shopping
inspiration, I need white-sand beaches and Gulf Coast shopping locations...
Ah
yes, I think a weekend in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach would help
tremendously. Shopping there is just a completely different experience than at
home, with unique shopping locations like SanRoc Cay Marina in Orange Beach,
and scenic venues like Eastern Shore Centre in Spanish Fort. And we can’t
forget the awesome deals to be found at the Tanger Outlet Center in Foley.
A
pleasant shopping setting makes for a pleasant shopping experience. Plus,
shopping in Gulf Shores & Orange Beach means the white-sand beaches of the
Gulf are nearby—the perfect place to unwind after a day of shopping.
