Beach Blooms

When you think about the beach here in Gulf Shores, the images that come to mind are likely our sugar-white sand, the calm waters, the postcard blue sky above. You probably don't think about flowers.

But your visit to Gulf Shores Plantation can include the traditional sand and surf images as well as those of floral masterpieces. Some of those floral views can be found in nature, while others flourish in manicured settings.

For a natural experience, head to Bon Secour NWR or the Hugh Branyon Backcountry Trails . Set a slower pace as you walk the trails and look around to spot the flowers in this coastal environment.

Then for a more lush, manicured experience, visit nearby Bellingrath Gardens for 65 acres of landscaped floral beauty. Depending on the season, you can enjoy roses, azaleas, camellias, lilies, mums and so much more.

To celebrate the floral beauty of the Alabama Gulf Coast, we are offering our April Flowers special. It is a great opportunity to come see what's blooming at the beach with your 4th night free.
